Rub the breasts with vegetable oil, salt and pepper and fry until cooked on both sides (about 10 minutes on each side).
The breasts are taken out, and 5 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and half a glass of water are poured into the juice from the breasts and boiled for about five minutes. Turn off the heat and add 3-4 tablespoons to the slightly cooled sauce. spoons of liquid honey, salt and pepper to taste.
