Placing lighting fixtures only under the ceiling is a fundamentally wrong approach, because every workplace should be well lit, especially in the evenings. Therefore, table lamps and other sources of side light are needed: wall sconces, floor lamps. This set of devices will allow you to work without straining your eyesight and will add a little coziness to the environment. Instead of square industrial design fluorescent lamps, install soffits under the ceiling, because they look much more attractive. By the way, only yellow light is needed in the office, as it is more comfortable for the eyes.
